Plastic Pallets

Plastic Pallets Are Reusable, Dependable and Customizable

For decades, warehousing and industrial operations relied on pallets made of wood for their product storage and transportation needs. However, there are certain drawbacks to wood pallets, including limited durability, the occasional inability to meet today’s sanitation standards and potential injuries caused by wood splinters.

Many companies are making the transition to pallets made from plastic substances — such as high-density polyethylene, (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP), copolymer blends and various recycled plastic materials.

Cherry’s Industrial Equipment: A Leading Plastic Pallet Solutions Provider You Can Trust

Cherry's Industrial plastic pallets produce a cleaner and safer environment by providing improved hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing for WIP areas. Since these pallets are also reusable, they typically offer a longer service life than other pallet options. Our plastic pallets come in many sizes, designs and constructions to meet your company's needs. We feature plastic pallets made from HDPE, LDPE, PP and recycled plastic, as well as fire-retardant and USDA-approved plastic materials.

What Are the Benefits of Plastic Pallets?

Plastic pallets offer the advantage of strength and durability. Unlike wood, plastic retains its strength even when saturated with water. The additional longevity means you won’t replace pallets as frequently. Plastic pallets are also washable through steam cleaning, hot washing and chemical sanitization — you can reuse them while maintaining sanitization standards in your facility. Finally, plastic pallets provide consistent specifications in terms of dimension and capacity, delivering reliable material handling results for your company.

Some of our more popular plastic pallet options include:
