The 40 x 48 R2 CIISC BLK PC FRM is structural-foam molded from high-density polyethylene to offer unheard of ability to hold a maximum of 3,000 lbs in a rack. The pallet features a full-perimeter, picture-frame base and resists “creep.” Dimensions: 40” W x 48” L x 6” H.

Product Description

Part of Orbis’ Rackstar II™ line, the 40 x 48 R2 CIISC BLK PC FRM features a reinforced, impact-resistant structure designed to meet nearly any material handling needs. The pallet is unrivaled in racking capacity, sporting the strength and durability to handle 3,000 lbs without support. The superior structure maintains integrity and eliminates the cold flow or “creep” of other plastic pallets, making it great for use in a wide range of environments, including conveyers. Ergonomic hand holes make it easy to handle. It supports maximum loads of 30,000 lbs static and 6,000 lbs dynamic.
